A Hungarian named Ladislo Biro invented the first ballpoint pen in 1938.
A dentist from Buffalo New York named Alfred P. Southwick invented the electric chair.
As well as experimenting with electricity, Benjamin Franklin invented the rocking chair.
Thomas Edison invented a helicopter that would work with gunpowder. It ended up blowing up and also blew up his factory.
Adolf Hitler was one of the people responsible in the creation of the Volkswagen Beetle.
