Our very first blog on our brand new site has been posted by Kate Evans - the HIP2B² Communications Manager. Some of you might know her from her time as Editor on the magazine, and for others, it's a first-time meeting. From our side, we can promise you that she keeps us on our toes. I just have to say… I was not impressed when I got to the Durban airport, only to find out that my flight had been delayed by 6 hours!

I have just arrived back from the most riveting conference I have ever been to. It sounds incredibly dull to talk about a conference being cool, but this one, a digital and mobile conference was a real eye-opener.
