Phew, we’re counting down to the Brand Ambassador weekend. Lots of things to get organised but I think that it’s going to be really exciting. I know I’m looking forward to it.
I don’t want to say too much, as you never know who reads these blogs… but I can say that the newly appointed Brand Ambassadors are in for an extended weekend that is going to offer some unique experiences. They’ll get to meet all the people that are working behind-the-scenes to get Hip on the map and make an impact in SA. The mag, TV and digital teams are coming, as well as a whole host of other very important ‘making it happen’ people.
I have never been good at keeping secrets, so I’d better sign off quickly before I cyber blurt the whole itinerary. Onto other things that I’m not allowed to write much about… the Hip2b2 roadshow.
A proper name is still eluding us – funny how coming up with a title is sometimes harder than putting the whole thing together. Our fantastic Joburg team has been working around the clock to get the audiovisual material together and rehearsing with the actors – not to mention liaising with schools and teachers about final visiting arrangements.
We’re going to be starting 2008 with a bang…
