Hi everyone

This is one of my blogs for this week. My family and I have lived in a lot of places. Apart from Cape Town, I have also lived in Pietermaritzburg. In the year 1998/1999, when I was about 5 or 6 years old, I made friends with my Dad’s boss’s children. At the time there was also another family (good friends of my family) there. But, I can’t exactly remember what happened, but I got told they somehow managed to convince me and other another girl there to take all our clothes off (How they did this I will never know). Then, they recorded a video of us, and kept it…

Now in 2007 when I went to Singapore for a chess trip, I met up with all these friends from Pietermaritzburg. I met them for the first time, after 10 years. At first they didn’t recognize me and I didn’t really remember them. (Now take into consideration there is a 6 hour time difference between here and Singapore and I hadn’t slept in about 36 hours, so I was a bit slow!). Eventually when we find out about each other, they started asking me things about that night. Remember, I was in front of about 30 people and I only knew a few of them. Hmmm, so how does it feel to strip!? Hmmm, do you often allow people to take videos of you when your clothes are off!? Have you done it often!?

Lol! We all had a good laugh, and in the end it, I still had an awesome time. But I must admit after a jet lag I had a confounded and perplexed look on my face. At least that was what I got told the next day!
