Coming to Cape Town for the BA weekend I was very nervous and not sure of what to expect. I was afraid because I wasn’t sure of who else was going and whether or not we would have anything in common…

On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised when I met the other Brand Ambassadors because they were awesome people and it was really easy to make friends with everyone. Tegan and Hayley were the two girls who stood out the most – they were just so friendly.

It was awesome getting a chance to speak to Mark Shuttleworth via webcam. The previous weekend I spoke to my brother about his company Thawt. We were wondering if he felt he should have sold later than he did. During the conversation I was able to hear his thoughts on this.

All in all, I have had a fantastic time getting to know and meet everyone on the Hip team and I can’t wait until we are all together once again. It has been a fantabulous experience and I'm looking forward to the rest of the year.
