All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth! No, what I really want on my Christmas wish list is quality time with my family. I’m not big on presents. I value time, thought and effort far more than material gifts. This translates into my homemade presents. Unfortunately my siblings don’t share my values, and ‘place orders’ with me. Sigh... Who wouldn’t want a decoupaged waste basket, I ask with tears in my eyes?!

But seriously, what I am hoping for this year is... Another classic children’s book. Last year my boyfriend bought me a beautifully illustrated Pinoccio, as well as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and a collection of poems by AA Milne (author of Winnie the Pooh.) I collect children’s stories. If you haven’t ever read ‘The Railway Children’ or The Wizard of Oz, do yourself a favour and head to Exclusive books’ children’s section.
