It was with great interest that I read that laughing actually keeps you healthy - no jokes!
Apparently, a laughing session a day helps reduce stress, strengthens the immune system, lowers blood pressure and can indirectly prevent infections and cancer. It is said to give you a good cardio-vascular and aerobic workout.
