IQ vs. EQ...OK??? "Thinking".... brains in action - Ahhh... nothing happening! OK...."feeling'..."internalising"....... YEP! Getting an emotional response... that’s it! I soooo can answer this question now! So do you get my point!

Being able to rationalise some things "intelligently" is good and great and fine ‘tralalaaah’ but involving your EQ lets you see the "thing" from a whole different perspective because you are now including "feelings". So bringing emotions into the equation is beneficial as it will probably make you 'THINK TWICE! (Get it?!)
Favouring EQ enables you to cope and deal with your everyday emotional issues, big or small. To have a high IQ is pretty awesome but it isn't going to help you in emotional issues that happen almost EVERY day in our lives - waking up on the wrong side of the bed, stress at school, breaking up with a boyfriend or girlfriend etc. Unfortunately, a high IQ will mean we fully understand what’s going down but a high EQ will mean we will handle the situation much better!
