Yes guys, it has been AGES since I last spoke to you, but it seems that the second term in all its madness has made me a very busy person. With only a week left to exams, I decided to give you some interesting tips on how to increase your potential to perform well - we could all use a little help here and there!

  1. Get enough sleep! Did you know that teens need 9 hours of zzz's a night, yet the average teen sleeps only 6 hours a day!
  2. A healthy diet is vital, not only during exams but always! All food groups are vital, even healthy fats in smaller amounts. But eating fast-food before studying or an exam is a big NO NO because you become unfocussed. Your body uses the energy it has to digest the fats in the junk food, instead of being able to use it for concentration.
  3. Preparation is the key and it’s never too late to start making study notes or revising!
  4. And lastly, good luck and remember that a little lucky charm here and there will do no harm ; - ) So whip out those clovers, horse shoes and charm bracelets and ...

I WISH YOU THE BEST!

Cheers :]
