About 3 months before the end of this year. I don't know about you, but time is flying. Ixesha liya baleka-Time is running. I'm not talking a marathon here, I mean 100m sprints.

Ladies it is so important to look after your health.
Let's not wait for cancer month to start eating healthy. That goes for everyone. Boys too.

Exercise and healthy eating is very important. You might not worry about it now, but remember the decisions that you make today affect your tomorrow...

Make it a personal project for you or a group of friends to try and keep fit and healthy.
Keeping fit can be: ice skating, surfing, skate boarding, swimming, dancing, lotsa dancing. Anything fun really.

As for healthy meals, just try add more colour. Try one veggie then move on to two. Instead of fizzies, try juice or especially water.
May not be easy in the beginning. Don't be too hard on yourself now! Healthy is SOOO HOT man!PLUS the bikini and speedo season is coming ya'll, don't say I didn't warn you.

So this week take a look at your health, take an interest in your wellbeing. If mom cooks nasty cholestrol full, fatty meals, remind her that she too, will miss out on all the awesome things in life if she's not healthy enough to enjoy them.
