Get an early start!
Amishka tells us that its never too early to start preparing for exams…
I was a complete nervous wreck during the build up to exams.
Questions and thoughts flew in and out of my mind. Am I ready? Have I prepared enough? Am I going to disappoint myself?
I think I checked my timetable about 50 times to make sure that I was preparing for the right paper. With time I realised that during your examination period you need to relax. Learning stops and revision starts.
Being relaxed allows for proper breathing thus allows your mind to flow much easier.
Many people deal with exam stress and insomnia before examinations. This is because your brain is constantly working. Avoid this by relaxing and freeing your mind. Indeed you are worried about how things will turn out, but worrying doesn’t change the result!
If you hate studying as much as I do, read over your work everyday and you’ll be surprised at how much you already know by the time exam fever hits.
Most importantly believe in yourself!
