My role at HIP2B2 Online Radio:
I’m responsible for production, broadcast and all this technical.

In essence production is responsible for the “Sound of the station, I also like to call it the, Texture or Feel” of the station.
In practical terms productions means: Recording and editing of all the programs, promos and one of my favorite responsibilities is creating radio stings.

The rest of my responsibilities are to schedule all the songs and inserts on the “playout system” and linking the studio to the broadcast servers and the broadcast servers to the different mobile and online players.

If anything breaks, I’m also the guy with the toolbox.

P.S. At night I also watch over the city as a masked-superhero.

How I got here:
I’ve been playing, experimenting and working with recording equipment since I was 9 years old.
My career always centered around creative media technology, education and youth mentoring.

During the past seven years I’ve designed and built a range of studios and developed several broadcast and podcast divisions for companies.
Though I loved the job, I always had a dream to create an independent broadcast channel that would be: light hearted, entertaining yet informative, based on good moral values.

So HIP2B2 Radio tied in perfectly with my dream.

Favourite song of all time:
U2: Where the streets have no name

If HIP2B2 was an animal, what would it be and why?
a Blue Bottle
1) The High Tech design and ergonomics
2) The fact that it is not really one organism but a group of organisms with a common goal
3) THE UNFORGETTABLE STING! Your HIP2B2 experience will be just as unforgettable (not painful though) Plus we have the coolest radio stings.

Algebra or Geometry?

Did video really kill the radio star?
No. It just forced him underground, till Internet killed the video star.
Now the Internet Radio Star rules.

You can catch me on?
D.I.Y on the Street Smart Show
and you can try and beat me in solving the brain teasers on Smart Maths
But I could pop up anywhere so keep listening.
